Short Bio of Author

In case you're wondering where or how Conscious Healing started: I was born in 1929 in Cape Town, grew up on a nearby grape farm attached to an informal nature reserve of rocks, flowers and small animals which I reluctantly left to go to school. I obtained a Ph. D. in Geology (at McGill) which I followed as a profession, but experimented with art and poetry and after about 40 years of reading and contemplation I wrote a book on the philosophy of healing - a kind of foundation to Conscious Healing - and called it 2nd Fire.
